目的:钛种植体表面应用电化学沉积技术制备的矿化胶原涂层的生物学性能研究。方法本研究应用电化学沉积技术在钛金属表面制备了矿化胶原涂层,应用模拟体液( SBF)浸泡表征其诱导羟基磷灰石骨性结合能力,利用MTS法检测涂层的细胞粘附及增殖性能。结果制备的矿化胶原涂层能在SBF中稳定存在并继续矿化,能促进植入成骨前体细胞在其表面的粘附、增殖和分化。结论钛种植体表面进行矿化胶原涂层修饰可以有效促进其生物活性。

목적:태충식체표면응용전화학침적기술제비적광화효원도층적생물학성능연구。방법본연구응용전화학침적기술재태금속표면제비료광화효원도층,응용모의체액( SBF)침포표정기유도간기린회석골성결합능력,이용MTS법검측도층적세포점부급증식성능。결과제비적광화효원도층능재SBF중은정존재병계속광화,능촉진식입성골전체세포재기표면적점부、증식화분화。결론태충식체표면진행광화효원도층수식가이유효촉진기생물활성。
Objective To study the biological performance of the mineralized collagen coatings on titanium implant prepared by elec-trochemical deposition technique. Methods In this study,the electrochemical deposition technique was used to prepare the mineralized collagen coating on titanium surface,simulated body fluid ( SBF) was used to characterize the HA-induced capacity,and MTS method was adopted to evaluate the adhesion and proliferation behaviors of the osteoblast cells. Results In vitro experimental results showed that the mineralized collagen coating was stable in simulated body fluid ( SBF) ,and it could promote the adhesion,proliferation and dif-ferentiation of the osteoblast precursor cells. Conclusions Modification of the mineralized collagen coating on titanium implant surface can effectively promote its biological activity.
