文章采用自编教师问卷,对西藏偏远地区104名中小学教师对新课程改革的认同感进行调查,结果表明在西藏偏远地区,新课程改革的实施力度比较大,中小学教师对其教学方法改进的态度比较积极,能根据学生的需求调整课程设计,但教师使用教学方法的手段、获取新课程改途径革的途径较为单一,备课多采用个体方式,对新课程改革的认可和疑虑并存,教学资源不足是课程改革中最大的困难。

Using questionnaire of teachers,the author investigated 104 Tibetan primary and secondary school teachers,in order to understand their identity of the new curriculum reform. the results showed that: the implementation of the new curriculum reform efforts is larger,the attitude of primary and secondary school teachers to improve the teachering methods is positive,and they can adjust course according to the needs of students,but the way to the means of teaching and the way to access to the new curriculum reform is relatively single.they prepare lessons by themselves,their recognition and doubt exist side by side in curriculum reform,lack of teaching resources is the biggest difficulty in curriculum reform.
