文章采用自编教师问卷，对西藏偏远地区104名中小学教师对新课程改革的认同感进行调查，结果表明在西藏偏远地区，新课程改革的实施力度比较大，中小学教师对其教学方法改进的态度比较积极，能根据学生的需求调整课程设计，但教师使用教学方法的手段、获取新课程改途径革的途径较为单一，备课多采用个体方式，对新课程改革的认可和疑虑并存，教学资源不足是课程改革中最大的困难。
文章採用自編教師問捲，對西藏偏遠地區104名中小學教師對新課程改革的認同感進行調查，結果錶明在西藏偏遠地區，新課程改革的實施力度比較大，中小學教師對其教學方法改進的態度比較積極，能根據學生的需求調整課程設計，但教師使用教學方法的手段、穫取新課程改途徑革的途徑較為單一，備課多採用箇體方式，對新課程改革的認可和疑慮併存，教學資源不足是課程改革中最大的睏難。

Using questionnaire of teachers,the author investigated 104 Tibetan primary and secondary school teachers,in order to understand their identity of the new curriculum reform. the results showed that: the implementation of the new curriculum reform efforts is larger,the attitude of primary and secondary school teachers to improve the teachering methods is positive,and they can adjust course according to the needs of students,but the way to the means of teaching and the way to access to the new curriculum reform is relatively single.they prepare lessons by themselves,their recognition and doubt exist side by side in curriculum reform,lack of teaching resources is the biggest difficulty in curriculum reform.
