通过对我国执业药师队伍基本状况的分析，指出我国执业药师注册中存在数量、权责、作用、素质以及政策等方面的问题，提出对执业药师注册工作应抓紧制定、完善法律法规，明确执业药师法律地位，壮大执业药师队伍，健全、明确注册审批机构，加强执业监管的意见和建议。

Based on the analysis of the basic status of Chinese licensed pharmacist team in China , problems in the registration of China licensed pharmacist were pointed out such as the numbers of licensed pharmacist , responsibilities , functions , quality and policies . Opinions and suggestions were put forward for the licensed pharmacist registration such as to speed up the formulation and improvement of the related laws and regulations , define the legal status of physician pharmacist , extend team of licensed pharmacist , perfect the registration authority for examination and approval and strengthen the supervision .
