1例右上肺感染的女性患者，予盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液100 mL ， ivdrip ， bid ，静滴10 min后出现急性喉头水肿，经停药及抗过敏治疗后症状缓解。由于喉头水肿可引起呼吸道堵塞、窒息或休克等严重后果，临床应予以重视。
1例右上肺感染的女性患者，予鹽痠溴己新葡萄糖註射液100 mL ， ivdrip ， bid ，靜滴10 min後齣現急性喉頭水腫，經停藥及抗過敏治療後癥狀緩解。由于喉頭水腫可引起呼吸道堵塞、窒息或休剋等嚴重後果，臨床應予以重視。
1례우상폐감염적녀성환자，여염산추기신포도당주사액100 mL ， ivdrip ， bid ，정적10 min후출현급성후두수종，경정약급항과민치료후증상완해。유우후두수종가인기호흡도도새、질식혹휴극등엄중후과，림상응여이중시。
A female patient with right upper pneumonia infection was treated with bromhexine hydrochloride glucose injection(100 mL, bid)by intravenous dripping. Ten minutes after drippinng acute laryngeal edema occurred. The symptoms were released after discontinuing the drug and receiving anti-anaphylaxis treatment . Since laryngeal edema can cause airway blockage , asphyxia or shock and other serious consequences , attentions should be paid in clinical practice .
