目的：了解果糖注射液在我院临床使用情况及合理性。方法：随机抽取我院2014年第4季度6164份应用果糖注射液的123份病历，分别从科室应用比例、适应证、疗程及日用量、配伍情况等方面进行统计分析。结果：外科使用比例最高（98，79.67%），其次为内科（25，20.33%）；疗程多在10 d以内（98，79.67%），超过10 d 的共25例（20.33%）；日均用量多在500 mL 以内（104，84.55%），日用药量500 mL 以上的共19例（15.45%）；超适应证使用（13，10.57%）现象时有发生；与果糖注射液配伍的41种药品中，12种存在配伍依据。结论：果糖注射液在我院临床使用存在一定问题，应进一步加强管理，提高用药安全性。
목적：료해과당주사액재아원림상사용정황급합이성。방법：수궤추취아원2014년제4계도6164빈응용과당주사액적123빈병력，분별종과실응용비례、괄응증、료정급일용량、배오정황등방면진행통계분석。결과：외과사용비례최고（98，79.67%），기차위내과（25，20.33%）；료정다재10 d이내（98，79.67%），초과10 d 적공25례（20.33%）；일균용량다재500 mL 이내（104，84.55%），일용약량500 mL 이상적공19례（15.45%）；초괄응증사용（13，10.57%）현상시유발생；여과당주사액배오적41충약품중，12충존재배오의거。결론：과당주사액재아원림상사용존재일정문제，응진일보가강관리，제고용약안전성。
Objective: To explore the clinical use of fructose injection in our hospital so as to analyze the rationality of use . Methods: About 123 medical records including the application of fructose injection were randomly collected from 6 164 cases in our hospital in the 4th quarter of 2014 . The analysis was conducted statistically in the respects of the proportion of department consumption , indications , treatment course , daily dosage and the compatibility of antibiotics , etc . Results: The Highest proportion of use was showed in surgical department ( 98 , 79 . 67%) and then in internal department ( 25 , 20 . 33%) . The treatment course was mostly within 10 days ( 98 , 79 . 67%) and 25 cases used the drug over 10 days ( 20 . 33%) . The average daily dosage mostly was within 500 mL(104, 84.55%) and 19 cases over 500 mL(15.45%). Super indications occurred at times (13,10.57%). Out of 41 kinds of drugs compatible with fructose injection 12 drugs had the compatibility evidence . Conclusion:Certain problems existed in the use of fructose injection in our hospital . The management should be strengthened so as to improve medication safety .
