目的:调研南京地区零售药店在岗药师的继续教育现状,探讨提升药师继续教育成效的具体方法。方法:对南京市各区药店在岗药师和药店管理人员进行访谈、问卷调查,分析调查结果后提出具体化改进建议。结果:调查中所涉及的零售药店执业药师平均在岗率仅33%;大专及以下学历者占86.37%;执业能力测试中,执业药师组与普通药师的答题正确率无统计学差异(P =0.601);药师参加继续教育的比例为86.5%,继续教育形式较少,内容难以深入。结论:零售药店在岗药师队伍的职责、结构、素质能力尚存在一些问题,在培训资源有限的情况下,应重点关注在岗药师继续教育的成效,提升零售药店药师的执业能力。

Objective: To understand the current situation of continuing education for on-the-job pharmacist in retail pharmacies in Nanjing and to explore the specific approaches to improve the continuing education effect for pharmacist . Methods: Investigation and questionnaire survey were conducted on the pharmacists and pharmacy administrative staff of drug stores of various districts in Nanjing city and based on the result analysis of the survey concrete suggestions for improvement were put forward . Results: The post rate of the licensed pharmacies of retail drugstores involved in the survey was merely 33% and the personnel with college degree and the below accounted for 86 . 37%. In the test of practice competency there was no significant difference ( P = 0 . 601 ) of the correct answer rates between the licensed pharmacist group and ordinary pharmacist group . The proportion of pharmacist ’ s participation in continuing education was 86 . 5%, however the form and content of the continuing education need to be improved . Conclusion: Problems existed in the team construction such as the responsibility , structure , quality and ability of on-the-job pharmacist of retail drugstore . With the limited training resources , emphasis should be made on the effect of the continuing education for on-the-job pharmacist and the promoting the practice ability of retail drugstore pharmacist .
