海绵城市理论强调雨水的源头控制和分散控制,对雨水的循环利用,在国外有着诸多的成功的实践.本文在新型城镇化的背景下,结合海绵城市理论对城镇广场设计进行探讨,从规划设计和生态设计两个角度入手分析.通过GIS规划排水路径和功能分区构建排水系统,同时用绿色基础设施构建广场的生态环境,并以晴隆县东观区广场为例加以分析.

The sponge city theory emphasizes the source control,decentralized control and recycling rainwater. There are lots of successful practice in foreign countries.Under the background of new urbanization and based on the theory of sponge city ,this article discusses urban square design via planning design and ecological design. Via GIS plan the drainage path and function partition,and build ecological environment based on green infrastructure. At last take the square design of Dongguan in Qinglong as an example.
