This article discusses the "teaching, learning and assessment," three-link system role in the reform of teaching methods in the course of Computer Interface Technology. Because this course is professional, practical and strong engineering and teaching presents "two high"characteristics, the author proposes engineering ideas, methods and means of teaching throughout the reform measures. It aims to reinforce the students basic theoretical knowledge and help students develop initiative to improve students' ability to apply the basic knowledge to engineering practice.
