How to effectively complete their study for college students and how to effectively guide students to ifnish their college education for schools are an important issue to the education work in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the meaning of college students' academic development planning and writing content, detailed analysis characteristics of the mechanical specialty and path choices of employment, discusses the features of the training program. From the levels of college students themselves and school education we have probed specially on how to do academic development planning, aiming to guide the mechanical specialty freshmen to scientiifcally and effectively do school development planning, leading to growth healthily and became excellently of students.
