Adoption of such special manufacturing pro-cess as self-adhesive silicone sheets, matching stator blocks and separated winding in this kind of special and complex motor was introduced through the practice of successful development of the wheel hub motor (three-phase PM syn-chronous motor), thus, to explore the feasible manufacturing method and process to produce the wheel hub motors.
