细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（CIK）是单个核细胞经体外诱导分化而成的免疫细胞群，可通过多种机制杀灭肿瘤细胞。基础及临床试验表明CIK细胞与化疗联合可逆转肿瘤耐药和增加CIK细胞杀伤效应，且毒副反应小，使肿瘤患者的生活质量、临床获益率较单独CIK细胞治疗或化疗显著提高。本文主要对CIK细胞的免疫学特点、抗肿瘤作用和机制、临床应用、不良反应及局限性进行了综述。

Cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells, namely immune cell populations induced by mononuclear cells in vitro, can kill tumor cells through multiple mechanisms. Basic researches and clinical trials showed that CIK cells com-bined with chemotherapy can reverse tumor resistance, improve the immune efficacy and have little side effects. Taken together, the quality of life and clinical benefit rate of patients using the above combination therapy will be higher than those by CIK cells or chemotherapy alone. This article mainly summarizes the immune characteristics, anti-tumor effect and mechanisms, clinical application, adverse reactions as well as the limitation of CIK cells.
