According to the definition and requirements of effective teaching are Starting from, the questionnaires are compiled, and the different objects are studied in different colleges and different professional investigations. the advantages and disadvantages are summarized of the young teachers teaching by survey data of statistics, the main factors influencing of the effective teaching of young teachers are explored, and the effectiveness and advice are puts forward opinions of young university teachers' teaching.
