介绍了便携式αβ表面污染测量仪所需高压电源的研制技术。该高压电源采用电池供电,经过直流转换、倍压整流及滤波后输出仪器所需高压。该高压电源具有300~1500 V范围内连续可调、功耗小、转换效率高、体积小、重量轻、结构简单等特点。实验表明该电源转换效率大于70%,8 h输出高压相对变化小于0.5%,高压纹波小于40 mV,其工作性能达到设计要求。

The technical of high-voltage unit of portable αβsurface contamination survey meter is introduced in this paper .the high-voltage unit is supplied by batteries , after direct current conversion ,voltage doubling , current commuting and filtering , the required voltage can be obtained , and the output voltage can be changed continuously from 300 to 1 500 V.This high-voltage unit has the merits of low power waste , high efficiency of conversion , small volume , light weight and simple structure .Experimental results show that the power conver-sion efficiency is greater than 70%, the relative change of the output voltage is less than 0.5%within 8 hours, the ripple of high voltage is less than 40 mV,its performance achieves the design requirements .
