In the double-block ballastless track construction,the efficiency of coarse adjustment of track panel is very important,so it is necessary to explore a method with high efficiency and quality for coarse adjustment. The method presented in this paper is:bury a reference point at the edge of support layer;measure the exact three-dimensional coor-dinate of the reference point with total station,then combine the geometrical parameter of track to calculate the geometric offset distance between the reference point and the reference track;finally use the geometrical offset distance to guide the coarse adjustment of track panel by track gauge. In ballastless track construction,this method has been proved that can greatly increase the working efficiency of fine adjustment of track panel,and lower cost,higher precision,not be affected by the worse condition of construction site either.
