Land subsidence monitoring and analysis work plays an important role in promoting regional harmonious development,more and more attention by city managers. In this paper,combining with the Shijiazhuang city land subsid-ence monitoring and analysis project,focusing on the data collection,levelling work implementation and data analysis, etc. ,and summarizes the characteristics and experience of the project,in order to provide references for peers.
