目的:探讨大学生短时心率变异性(HRV)的特点.方法:采用便携式心电记录仪记录410名大学生静坐状态5 min心电图,并按性别分组进行HRV时域、频域及Poincaré散点图分析.结果:女性大学生时域指标中平均R-R间期、正常R-R间期标准差和相邻R-R间期差值均方的平方根均低于男性大学生(P<0.05~P<0.01);频域指标中低频功率、高频功率和总功率女性大学生均低于男性大学生(P<0.05~P<0.01),而极低频功率、标准化的低频功率、标准化的高频功率和低频功率与高频功率的比值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Poincaré散点图指标中,散点图宽度和长度值女性大学生均低于男性大学生(P<0.05).结论:大学生短时HRV时域指标、部分频域指标以及Poincaré散点图指标与性别有关,研究结果可为基础医学研究和临床应用提供统计学参考依据.

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of short-term heart rate variability ( HRV ) in healthy college students. Methods:The electrocardiogram data were recorded with a portable electrocardiogram recorder in 410 college students, the HRV parameters in differentn gender were analyzed by time-domain, frequency-domain and Poincaré scatterplot analysis, respectively. Results:In the time-domain parameters, the values of mean R-R intervals, standard deviation of normal-to-normal intervals, and root mean square of the successive differences of normal-to-normal intervals in females were lower than those in males( P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). In the frequency-domain parameters,the low frequency power(LF),high frequency power(HF),and total power in females were lower than in males(P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). There were no significant gender differences of these values including very low frequency power,normalized LF,normalized HF,and LF/HF ratio(P>0. 05). In the Poincaré plot parameters,the values of width and length were lower in females than in males(P<0. 05). Conclusions:In healthy college students,gender exerts the significant effects on HRV time-domain parameters, some frequency-domain parameters and Poincaré scatterplot parameters. The results can provide a statistical reference for further basic and clinical application research.
