运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、运动训练学、管理学等知识与方法对我省少儿快乐体操现状进行深入研究。湖北省快乐体操专业器材相对不足，师资队伍比较年轻，发展空间大，我省快乐体操比赛还处于空白阶段。针对上述问题提出如下建议：体操工作者进行更全面的快乐体操宣传活动；提升师资力量；省内多举办快乐体操比赛。

This paper uses many methods such as the literature material law, questionnaire method ,expert interviews method, mathematical statistics method and exercise training method to make the in-depth study of the children happy gymnastic our province. The specialized equipment for “Happy gymnastics” in Hubei province is relatively insufficient, and teachers are too younger, and have large development space, and the competition of Hubei province is still in the blank stage. According to these above problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions. Gymnastics workers hold more comprehensive activities; improving the abilities of teachers, and sports government holds competitions of“Happy gymnastics”as many as possible.
