通过对左江岩画的相关考证，着重分析其蕴藏的壮族体育文化，首先对广西左江岩画内容、特征进行阐释，其次从武舞演练、铜鼓文化、图腾崇拜三个方面论述岩画中的壮族传统体育文化，最后追溯壮族体育的起源，深入了解其传播发展历程，并为壮族体育文化发展提供一些参考性建议，望本文能够对壮族体育文化发展与传播带来借鉴意义，并使之长存。

Based on the related research of the Zuojiang rock, the essay emphatically analyzes the sports culture of the Zhuang. Firstly, my essay illustrates Zuojiang's cave paintings' content and characteristics. Secondly, it describes Zhuang nationality traditional sports culture from three aspects of Wushu dance rehearsal, the bronze drum culture, and totem worship. Finally the paper retrospects the origin of the Zhuang nationality sports, deeply understanding its development course, and providing some referential suggestions for the development of Zhuang nationality sports culture.
