目的：探讨电话随访对鼻咽癌放疗后患者后遗症的影响。方法对鼻咽癌放疗后患者出院后定期进行专人电话随访，强调良好的心态、生活习惯及有效鼻腔冲洗、张口功能锻炼的重要性，同时也引起家属的重视，督促患者坚持每天有效冲洗鼻腔、张口锻炼。结果电话随访的患者鼻咽部不适及张口困难等症状明显比未行电话随访的患者少。结论鼻咽癌患者放疗后存在不同程度的后遗症，如放射性鼻咽炎、放射性口腔炎、张口困难等。出院后定期专人电话随访，进行健康指导，采取有效的干预措施，可提高患者冲洗鼻腔及张口功能锻炼的依从性，从而降低后遗症的发生，提高生活质量。

ObjectiveDiscuss the influence of telephone follow-up of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.MethodsTherefore performed a structured telephone follow-up,explained the significance of the good mindset and healthy living habits and effective nasal irrigation and mouth open training.ResultsThe symptoms of patients with telephone follow-up are less than the incidence of sequelae of patients without telephone follow-up. ConclusionPatients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy lead to all kinds of radiotherapeutic sequelas, such as Radioactive nasopharyngitis,Radiation stomatitis,difficulty in opening mouth,OME. To reduce the occurrence of these symptoms,Therefore performed a structured telephone follow-up to help the patients with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and improve our continuing nursing care. It really reduce the radiotherapeutic sequelae of patients with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,improve the quality of life of patients.
