目的:应用透明质酸钠联合索利那新治疗膀胱肿瘤术后由灌注化疗药物引起的膀胱炎,观察其疗效.方法:44例膀胱癌术后因行化疗药物灌注引起化学性膀胱炎患者,按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组2组各22例,对照组单独给予琥珀酸索利那新治疗;治疗组给予透明质酸钠膀胱灌注联合服用琥珀酸索利那新治疗.治疗4周后,评价其疗效及安全性.结果:2组患者治疗后平均24 h内排尿次数、尿急次数、急迫性尿失禁次数、膀胱区疼痛次数均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01);其中治疗组在改善平均24 h内排尿次数和膀胱区疼痛次数方面均优于对照组(P<0.01),2组在改善平均24 h内尿急次数和急迫性尿失禁次数方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗组在治疗后24 h内平均每次排尿量方面较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:透明质酸钠联合索利那新治疗由膀胱灌注化疗药物引起的化学性膀胱炎,能明显减轻膀胱刺激症状,增加膀胱容量,减轻患者痛苦,其疗效优于单用索利那新.
목적:응용투명질산납연합색리나신치료방광종류술후유관주화료약물인기적방광염,관찰기료효.방법:44례방광암술후인행화료약물관주인기화학성방광염환자,안취진순서수궤분위대조조화치료조2조각22례,대조조단독급여호박산색리나신치료;치료조급여투명질산납방광관주연합복용호박산색리나신치료.치료4주후,평개기료효급안전성.결과:2조환자치료후평균24 h내배뇨차수、뇨급차수、급박성뇨실금차수、방광구동통차수균교치료전유명현개선(P<0.01);기중치료조재개선평균24 h내배뇨차수화방광구동통차수방면균우우대조조(P<0.01),2조재개선평균24 h내뇨급차수화급박성뇨실금차수방면차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).치료조재치료후24 h내평균매차배뇨량방면교치료전유명현개선(P<0.01),이대조조치료전후차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론:투명질산납연합색리나신치료유방광관주화료약물인기적화학성방광염,능명현감경방광자격증상,증가방광용량,감경환자통고,기료효우우단용색리나신.
Objective:To explore the effects of sodium hyaluronate combined with solifenacin on cystitis caused by chemical drugs. Methods:Forty-four patients with chemical cystitis caused by chemical drugs after operation of bladder cancer were divided into the control group and treatment group which were treated with solifenacin and sodium hyaluronate combined with solifenacin,respectively. The clinical efficacy and safety in all patients were evaluated in 4 weeks after treatment. Results:Compared with before treatment,the mean number of micturition,urgency episode,urge incontinence and vesical pain per day in two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0. 01),the improvement in the number of micturition and vesical pain of the treatment group were better than that of the control group(P <0. 01),the differences of the number of urgency episode and urge incontinence between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The mean urine output in treatment group improved significantly after treatment(P<0. 01),but it was not statistically significant in control group(P > 0. 05). Conclusions:The treatment of sodium hyaluronate combined with solifenacin can obviously alleviate the bladder irritative symptom,increase bladder capacity,alleviate the suffering of the patients with chemical cystitis,the effect of which is better than that of solifenacin.
