Geant4以其快速,方便,灵活的特点在核技术研究中得到了广泛的应用。本文通过利用Geant4,对基于X荧光涂层厚度测量方法,主要对激发源的优化设计、探测器放置的位置对探测效率的影响、涂层厚度测量的范围等问题进行了研究,得到:不同基底金属的特征X射线强度随涂层厚度变化的关系,本套实验系统中X荧光的空间几何分布和最佳的探测器放置位置,不同能量及不同入射方向的源射线对X荧光激发效率的影响。为进一步优化测量系统提供了理论依据。
Geant4以其快速,方便,靈活的特點在覈技術研究中得到瞭廣汎的應用。本文通過利用Geant4,對基于X熒光塗層厚度測量方法,主要對激髮源的優化設計、探測器放置的位置對探測效率的影響、塗層厚度測量的範圍等問題進行瞭研究,得到:不同基底金屬的特徵X射線彊度隨塗層厚度變化的關繫,本套實驗繫統中X熒光的空間幾何分佈和最佳的探測器放置位置,不同能量及不同入射方嚮的源射線對X熒光激髮效率的影響。為進一步優化測量繫統提供瞭理論依據。

Geant4 is used widely in the research about nuclear technology since it is fast ,flexible and conven-ient.By use of Geant4,aim at the method of coating's thickness measuring based on X -ray fluorescence ,opti-mization design of excitation source , the position of the detector placed influence on detection efficiency , the range of coating thickness measuring etc problems are studied .Getting the relationship between characteristic X-ray's intensity of different base metal and thickness change ,the X fluorescence space geometric distribution and optimum detector is placed in this set of experimental system , different energy and incident direction of the source radiation effects on X fluorescence excitation efficiency .Provide a theoretical basis for further optimiza-tion of experimental system .
