介绍了粉煤灰的化学与物相组成,对目前我国以湿法冶金工艺对粉煤灰进行综合利用的研究及产业化现状进行了综述,并对不同处理方法的优点和不足进行了评析。提出了粉煤灰综合利用研究和工业实践中应注意解决的产品方向、有价元素的分解、有价元素的分离和环境保护四个关键性问题。对以酸碱联合法处理粉煤灰制备高分散性轮胎专用白炭黑、冰晶石和高纯氧化铁新工艺进行了介绍,并与已报导典型工艺进行了对比分析。

The chemical and composition of fly ash were described. The method and utilization of the status quo for hydrometallurgical process of fly ash utilization were introduced. Its advantages and disadvantage of the main method were evaluated. Ash proposed research and industrial practice should pay attention to solve the four key issues, such as product direction, valuable elements decomposition, valuable elements of separation and environmental protection. The new technology of combined treatment with acid for high dispersion specific-tire-silica, high-purity iron oxide and cryolite was described, which was preparated from fly ash. It was compared with the reported typical process.
