农村地区贫困大学生因其就业的弱势地位而常常产生就业心理问题.在前人研究的基础上,文章以自编的《大学生就业心理调查问卷》为研究工具对被试的就业心理现状进行了调查分析,主要取得以下结果:1.不同性别被试的就业心理既有共同点也有明显差异;2.被试就业与否对其就业心理的影响很大.

Poor college students which comes from rural areas is often produce prominent employment psycholog-ical more and more seriously. On the basis of predecessors' research, this article use college students' employment psychological questionnaire as research tools which designed by ourselfives for investigating and analysising the sub-jects of the present conditions of the employment psychological, the main results showed that: 1.different gender sub-jects of employment psychological have similarities also have obvious difference; 2.the subjects had a great influence on its employment psychological employment or not.
