目的:分析山药多糖对昆明种小鼠的生长性能及盲结肠乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、肠杆菌及肠球菌的影响。方法选取48只健康昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,分为空白对照组(灌胃生理盐水)、山药多糖高剂量组(400 mg/kg)、中剂量组(200 mg/kg)和低剂量组(100 mg/kg),每天对小鼠体重及采食量进行准时记录。采集第28天的小鼠盲结肠,检测肠道菌群变化。结果当灌胃高、中剂量山药多糖28 d时,小鼠体重与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,在高剂量的小鼠盲结肠内,肠杆菌与肠球菌的菌群数量与对照之间存在显著差异(P<0.01),而双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的增殖与对照相比,在高剂量和中剂量组均有统计学意义( P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论长期灌胃山药多糖对小鼠的生长性能和肠道菌群有显著影响。
目的:分析山藥多糖對昆明種小鼠的生長性能及盲結腸乳痠桿菌、雙歧桿菌、腸桿菌及腸毬菌的影響。方法選取48隻健康昆明種小鼠,雌雄各半,分為空白對照組(灌胃生理鹽水)、山藥多糖高劑量組(400 mg/kg)、中劑量組(200 mg/kg)和低劑量組(100 mg/kg),每天對小鼠體重及採食量進行準時記錄。採集第28天的小鼠盲結腸,檢測腸道菌群變化。結果噹灌胃高、中劑量山藥多糖28 d時,小鼠體重與對照組相比有統計學意義(P<0.05);同時,在高劑量的小鼠盲結腸內,腸桿菌與腸毬菌的菌群數量與對照之間存在顯著差異(P<0.01),而雙歧桿菌和乳痠桿菌的增殖與對照相比,在高劑量和中劑量組均有統計學意義( P<0.01或P<0.05)。結論長期灌胃山藥多糖對小鼠的生長性能和腸道菌群有顯著影響。
목적:분석산약다당대곤명충소서적생장성능급맹결장유산간균、쌍기간균、장간균급장구균적영향。방법선취48지건강곤명충소서,자웅각반,분위공백대조조(관위생리염수)、산약다당고제량조(400 mg/kg)、중제량조(200 mg/kg)화저제량조(100 mg/kg),매천대소서체중급채식량진행준시기록。채집제28천적소서맹결장,검측장도균군변화。결과당관위고、중제량산약다당28 d시,소서체중여대조조상비유통계학의의(P<0.05);동시,재고제량적소서맹결장내,장간균여장구균적균군수량여대조지간존재현저차이(P<0.01),이쌍기간균화유산간균적증식여대조상비,재고제량화중제량조균유통계학의의( P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론장기관위산약다당대소서적생장성능화장도균군유현저영향。
Objective To analyze the effects of Chinese Yam Polysaccharide on growth performance and intestinal micro flora inclu -ding the number of Lactobacilli ,Bifidobacteria,E.Coli,and Enterococcus in colon and typhlon of Konmin Mice .Methods A total of 48 Kon-min mice,male and female half,were randomly divided into control ,400,200,100 mg/kg groups of Chinese Yam Polysaccharide ,and the weight and the feed intake were on record as data every day ,and the colon and typhlon of mice were collected so as to check the changes of intestinal micro flora .Results Compared with that of control group ,the growth performance of mice had increased significantly at 28 d ( P<0.05 ),and the number of Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria of the intestina 1s were higher than those of control group ,and the E.Coli,and En-terococcus had been prohibited .Conclusions The growth performance and intestinal microflora of mice are significantly affected by long term administration of Chinese Yam Polysaccharide .
