通过机电一体化技术专业的教学实践,发现以往的煤矿机械微机控制技术教材内容陈旧,不能很好满足教学要求,配套建材的开发建设迫在眉睫.因此按照煤矿生产实际构建了工作情境,制定了强化能力、过程考核的考核办法,开发建设了基于工作情境的《煤矿机械电气控制设备操作与运行维护》校本教材,使学生能更好地了解和学习煤矿机械电气控制原理、操作维护的方法,将理论与实践相结合,提高了学生解决问题的能力.

Through practice teaching in the major of mechanical and electrical integration technology, it has been found that the existing textbook of microcomputer control technology for coal mine machinery is too outdated to meet the teaching requirements and the work of developing related teaching material is urgent. Therefore, operating scenarios are built based on real production and operation situations, assessment methods focused on appraisal of ability and study process are established and then school-based teaching material "operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical control equipment in coal mine" based on operating scenarios is developed. This textbook can help students better understand and study electrical control principle, operating and maintenance methods for coal mine machinery and it also combines the theory with practice to improve the students' ability to solve problems.
