采用自编的《高职生心理健康教育课程调查问卷》, 对广东省外语艺术职业学院224名2013级学生进行问卷调查, 结果显示: 94. 8%的被试认为有必要开设心理健康教育课; 88. 4%被试对心理健康教育课程表示满意, 体验式、参与式活动更受高职生青睐;69. 2%被试希望采用的考核方式是 "期末+平时活动+考勤", 考核心理素质和能力的变化; 83%的被试认为课程对自己有帮助. 本文还针对调查提出了课程改革建议.

[ Objective] To investigate the current situation of the mental health education course, we do the research. [ Methods] Through the issuance of 224 copies of questionnaires, the college students' mental health education curriculum attitude is researched. [ Result] 94. 8% of the subjects considered it is necessary to open mental health education course. 88. 4% subjects expressed satisfaction. They prefer to experiential, participatory activities. The college students' mental health status, with a certain degree of self adjustment ability, as well as improvements to the curriculum and teaching methods are expected. They wish to use the assessment method is"final exam + activity + attendance". 83% of them think the course is effectual.
