The related clinical research literatures of peripheral facial paralysis in the past few years were searched and analyzed, whose etiology, pathogenesis and treatment progress were discussed, and the correlation of facial nerve localization diagnosis between prognosis judgement of periph-eral facial paralysis and different intervention methods and curative effect was explored.
