目的：观察赵氏雷火灸结合针刺治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法：60例面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例，治疗组采取针刺结合雷火灸，对照组予针刺及普通清艾治疗，4周后以比较两组综合疗效、SFGS静态对称性评分和随意运动对称性评分。结果：治疗组愈显率及总有效率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05），治疗后两组患者SFGS静态对称性和随意运动对称性评分均优于治疗前，且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：雷火灸结合针刺治疗面神经炎的疗效较普通清艾结合针刺治疗的效果好。
목적：관찰조씨뢰화구결합침자치료면신경염적림상료효。방법：60례면신경염환자수궤분위치료조급대조조각30례，치료조채취침자결합뢰화구，대조조여침자급보통청애치료，4주후이비교량조종합료효、SFGS정태대칭성평분화수의운동대칭성평분。결과：치료조유현솔급총유효솔균현저고우대조조（P<0.05），치료후량조환자SFGS정태대칭성화수의운동대칭성평분균우우치료전，차치료조우우대조조（P<0.01）。결론：뢰화구결합침자치료면신경염적료효교보통청애결합침자치료적효과호。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhao's thunder-light moxibustion combined with acupuncture treating facial neuritis. Meth-ods:60 cases of facial neuritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 30 cases, treatment group adopted acu-puncture combined with thunder-light moxibustion, while control group treated with acupuncture and general moxibustion, efficacy, SFGS static sym-metry score and arbitrary motion symmetry score of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks. Results:The cured and markedly effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group were both significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05), SFGS static symmetry score and arbitrary motion symmetry score of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment, and treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The curative effect of thunder-light moxibustion combined with acupuncture treating facial neuritis is better than ordinary acu-puncture and moxibustion.
