The System of Staff in Universities need be improved gradually. It's the indispensible choice of taking over the recent choke point for the development of the staff's administration in the university. It's the effective act to set up a more professional administration team. Also it's the main guarantee for the reformation of the personnel sys-tems. The paper analyses the essential points and the problems in process of the System of Staff in Universities. The methods for improving the System of Staff in Universities and setting up a more professional administration team will be mentioned in the paper.
