综述了国内外俄罗斯原油常减压蒸馏的技术和进展,并利用成熟的Aspen plus 软件,建立了俄罗斯原油常减压蒸馏的稳态模型并进行稳态模拟,将模拟结果与现场生产数据进行比较,从而确定了模型的可靠程度。然后,对现有装置的工艺进行模拟并对换热网络加以优化。为今后该装置扩能改造及优化工业化生产操作奠定了基础。
綜述瞭國內外俄囉斯原油常減壓蒸餾的技術和進展,併利用成熟的Aspen plus 軟件,建立瞭俄囉斯原油常減壓蒸餾的穩態模型併進行穩態模擬,將模擬結果與現場生產數據進行比較,從而確定瞭模型的可靠程度。然後,對現有裝置的工藝進行模擬併對換熱網絡加以優化。為今後該裝置擴能改造及優化工業化生產操作奠定瞭基礎。

The technology and technological progress that atmospheric vacuum distillation unit processing Russian crude oil in the world were summarized and discussed. The steady-state model processing the Russian crude oil in process of atmospheric vacuum distillation was built by using the the Aspen plus software, and the Steady-state process was strictly calculated and simulated at the same time. The research verified the reliability of the model by comparing the computing results of the simulation with the practical data of production, and then used the model to evaluated the existing atmospheric vacuum distillation unit processing Russian crude oil by simulation. Finally, the heat exchanger network of production was optimized. The research will provide technical references for the further capacity expansion concerning process of the existing the Russian crude oil in process of atmospheric vacuum distillation.
