通过TRIZ理论探讨了湿法磷酸料浆过滤强度低的原因。运用物场模型分析将单物场模型向双物场模型转变,知识库查询解决了过滤时间长及滤液温度高的问题,运用技术矛盾分析提升了干燥瓶的干燥能力,物理矛盾分析通过空间分离法将集液瓶分为内部和外部,以实现不同的温度控制。运用RTIZ理论,寻求了多种针对过滤强度低的改进方案,有效解决了料浆过滤系统中的设计难题。

The reasons for low filtration strength of the wet process phosphoric acid slurry were discussed by TRIZ theory. The substance-field analysis model was used to transform single substance-field model to double substance-field model. Long time and high temperature filtrate problem was solved by knowledge base query. Drying capacity of dry bottle could be promoted by technical contradiction analysis. According to the space separation method in the analysis of physical contradiction, the liquid collecting bottle was divided into internal and external to achieve different temperature control. A variety of improved solutions for low filtering strength were sought by RTIZ theory, and the design problems of slurry filtration in the system were solved effectively.
