针对HJ 600-2011标准中存在的测定下限与炸药废水排放指标重合的问题,通过优选色谱柱、优化分离条件对原方法进行了改进。实验结果表明:改进后的方法将TNT、 RDX的测定下限从0.08 mg/L、0.2 mg/L降低到了0.05 mg/L、0.04 mg/L,且相对标准偏差低于4%,加标回收率在90%~110%之间。本方法快速、准确,适用于炸药废水的测定。

According to the HJ 600-2011 , the value of lower limit of RDX determination was equal to the explosive wastewater discharge standard. The improvements were made on the choice of chromatographic column and the separation condition. Under the optimized analysis conditions, values of lower limit of determination of TNT and RDX were improved from 0. 08 mg/L, 0. 2 mg/L to 0. 05 mg/L, 0. 04 mg/L, the relative standard deviations were at most 4% and recoveries were 90% ~110%. The method is simple, accurate and can be used for determination of TNT and RDX in explosive wastewater.
