为获得准确的分析结果,研究了器皿、水以及溶剂等因素对无机痕量分析过程的影响。结果表明聚丙烯材质的器皿可以有效降低试验的空白值,一级水以及电子级的试剂中Si、 Na、 Ca元素的含量低于ICP光谱仪的检测限,满足无机痕量分析的需要。同时,提出了样品处理、溶剂纯化和实验器皿清洗过程中的注意事项,严格防止所用器皿、化学试剂、溶剂等受到污染,减少和控制空白信号。

The choice of the experimental vessels, water and solvent for the use in inorganic trace amount anlysis were studied in order to get accurate analysis result. The result of experiment showed that polypropylene was a good material for container because the value of blank can be decreased effectively. The content of silicon element, sodium element, calcium element in stair water and electric grade reagent was under the detectability of Inductively Coupled Plasma ( ICP) spectrum apparatus which met the requirement of inorganic trace analysis. The noticeable proceeding in the process of sample disposal, solvent purification and the vessel washing was given. The container, chemical reagent and solvent in inorganic trace amount analysis should be treated carefully to avoid any pollution, which will reduce and control the values of blank.
