以自制铁系固体超强酸Fe2 O3/S2 O2-8为催化剂,异戊醇和丁酸为原料合成丁酸异戊酯,同时考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明,当醇酸物质的量之比为1.4:1,催化剂用量为1.2 g(反应混合物的5.84%),带水剂(甲苯)用量为10 mL,反应时间为2.0 h,酯化率可达95.83%。催化剂制备简单、成本低廉、催化活性高并可适当回收重复使用。
以自製鐵繫固體超彊痠Fe2 O3/S2 O2-8為催化劑,異戊醇和丁痠為原料閤成丁痠異戊酯,同時攷察瞭反應條件對酯化率的影響。結果錶明,噹醇痠物質的量之比為1.4:1,催化劑用量為1.2 g(反應混閤物的5.84%),帶水劑(甲苯)用量為10 mL,反應時間為2.0 h,酯化率可達95.83%。催化劑製備簡單、成本低廉、催化活性高併可適噹迴收重複使用。

Isoamyl butyrate was synthetized from butyric acid and isoamyl alcohol with solid superacid Fe2 O3/S2 O2-8 as catalyst, the effects of the ratio of esterification by different reaction conditions were studied. The experimental results showed that the acid alcohol ratio was 1:1. 4, the amount of catalyst was 1. 2 g (5. 84% of reaction mixture), the reaction time was 2. 0 h, the amount of water-carrying agent ( toluene) was 10 mL, the yield was about 95. 83%. The prepared catalyst possessed advantages of low coast, high catalytic activity and easy separation from the reaction system. It can be reused to a certain extent.
