以氧化锌( ZnO2)为催化剂，通过微波辐射技术原位合成TiO2/PLA复合材料，借助FT-IR、 SEM、 TGA和电子万能试验机等技术对样品进行结构分析和性能测试。结果表明，处理后的TiO2和PLA之间存在相互作用，能够均匀的分散在PLA基体中， TiO2/PLA复合材料和纯PLA相比，热分解温度有所升高，说明此方法得到的复合材料的耐热性能有所提高，另外，复合材料的断裂强度也有所改善。

Nano TiO2/PLA composites were synthesized via microwave irradiation using ZnO2 as catalyst. The structure analysis and property were tested by FT-IR, SEM, TGA and electronic universal testing machine. The results indicated that there were interaction between TiO2 and PLA. TiO2 were uniformly distributed in the PLA matrix. Thermal properties were experimentally studied by TGA, which indicated that nano TiO2/PLA composites had great thermal properties and the thermal decomposition temperature of TiO2/PLA composites was higher than that of pure PLA. The breaking strength of TiO2/PLA composites can also be improved.
