The work of Party construction in Vocational colleges of "College in Factory", is an important part in the school education work and also an effective way to enhance professional attainments of students. In this paper, on the basis of the two-year practice and explorations in the "College in Factory" of our Fashion Design major, we will analyze the party building, party organizations and other aspects of building form and functions of educating people.
