近年来,我国职业教育发展势头良好,也取得了颇为丰硕的成果,但职业院校培养的学生实践动手能力弱,创新意识差,离真正的技能型创新人才尚有一定的差距.如何能够让中国的技能型人才卓越起来,已成为职业教育界乃至全社会普遍关注的问题.本文分析了职业教育校企产教深度融合的制约因素,并提出了相应的破解措施.

In recent years, China's vocational education development momentum, has been very fruitful results, but vocational colleges cultivate students practical ability is weak, innovation awareness is poor, from the truly skilled innovative talents has certain gap. How can let China skilled talents of excellence, has become a professional educa-tion and issues of common concern to the whole society. This paper analyzes the factors: professional education re-stricts the depth fusion, education and proposed the corresponding measures.
