本文以技术移民为例，通过问卷调查，分析了科技人员国际流动动因与微观效应。研究结果表明，技术移民国际流动的主要动因是追求优质的生活环境，此外，子女教育问题、追求规范的法律环境等因素也是技术移民国际流动的重要动因；技术移民对移民后的生活满意度和工作满意度都比较高，同时，技术移民对于朋友圈有显著的影响。

This paper analyzed international mobility motivation and micro effect of scientific and technical personnel, taking skilled migration as example. Study showed that, the main motivation of skilled migrants international mobility was to pursue quality living environment, in addition, children education, pursuing standard legal environment were also important factors; life satisfaction and job satisfaction after the immigration was higher, while there had a significant impact. to the circle of friends of skilled migrants.
