The comprehensive statistics and analysis is the key processes of Geographic National Condition Census ( GNCC) . It presents the technique flow,the basic index and models and the contents of comprehensive analysis based on the NGS statistics and analysis works and experience of Tianjin Binhai test area in this paper. It also reveals us the method and results of People's living index computation. All the technique frame and PLI model computation are refer-ancable to the other cities during the undertaken process of GNCC comprehensive statistics.
