With the strategic adjustments in the structure of higher education talent cultivation in China, applica-tion-oriented talent cultivation has become an inevitable road for the transformation and development of universities. To improve students' abilities in practice, the department of technology and instrument of measurement and control, Chongqing University of Science and Technology, adopts the mode for cultivating application-oriented talents, summa-rized as" one orientation, two targets and four levels".
