This paper discussed issues of the establish method and data processing of the first GPS Control Network of the city Urban Rail Transit Project. We processed the GPS observation data with south GPSProVer4. 0 software for preprocessing,baseline processing and network adjustment. With taking D-grade GPS control network in the first GPS Control Network,some discussion about its application of urban streetcar are made.
