为了检测分析倾斜摄影三维建模成果的精度与质量水平,在总结了三维建模技术流程的基础上,依据CH/T 9015-2012《三维城市基础地理信息模型产品规范》对三维模型表达、产品类级等技术指标进行检测和分析,高程精度检测主要采用全站仪极坐标法对建筑物高度进行套合检测,平面精度和地形精度则使用GPS RTK接收机动态观测法进行套合检测,检查认为丹阳市三维场景制作成果达到二级三维模型景观的要求,从而在一定程度上为倾斜摄影三维建模技术规范和模型数据标准提供了参考与借鉴.

In order to detect and analyze the accuracy and quality level of 3 D city modeling in Danyang using ob-lique photogrammetric technology,after summarizing the technical process of 3D modeling,a comprehensive accuracy as-sessment and analysis of the three-dimensional modeling results was made with a reference of the specifications coded CH/T 9015-2012 for the digital products of three-dimensional model on geographic information,elevation accuracy de-tection was made mainly using the polar coordinate method of total station,planar and terrain precision was detected using GPS-TRK receiver,thus providing an important reference of specification and model data standard for 3D modeling of ob-lique photogrammetry in the construction of digital cities.
