目的：探讨走罐结合刮痧治疗背部肌筋膜炎的疗效。方法：36例背部肌筋膜炎患者均采用膀胱经走罐、督脉刮痧治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果：痊愈16例，显效16例，有效4例，总有效率为100.0%。结论：走罐结合刮痧治疗背部肌筋膜炎疗效显著，且无创伤、无毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。
目的：探討走罐結閤颳痧治療揹部肌觔膜炎的療效。方法：36例揹部肌觔膜炎患者均採用膀胱經走罐、督脈颳痧治療，觀察其臨床療效。結果：痊愈16例，顯效16例，有效4例，總有效率為100.0%。結論：走罐結閤颳痧治療揹部肌觔膜炎療效顯著，且無創傷、無毒副作用，值得臨床推廣應用。
목적：탐토주관결합괄사치료배부기근막염적료효。방법：36례배부기근막염환자균채용방광경주관、독맥괄사치료，관찰기림상료효。결과：전유16례，현효16례，유효4례，총유효솔위100.0%。결론：주관결합괄사치료배부기근막염료효현저，차무창상、무독부작용，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of moving cupping combined with scraping for fascitis of dorsal muscles. Methods:36 cases of pa-tients with fascitis of dorsal muscles were all treated by moving cupping on bladder meridian and scraping on governor vessel, and observed the effi-cacy. Results:16 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 100.0%. Conclusion:The treatment of moving cupping combined with scraping has significant curative effect on fascitis of dorsal muscles, and its harmless and non-toxic side effects makes it deserve clinical promotion and application.
