目的:观察上肢康复机器人对脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组及试验组各30例,对照组采用传统常规上肢康复治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合上肢康复机器人训练,治疗前后采用简式Fugl-Mey-er(FMA)运动功能评分及改良Barthel指数评量表(MBI)评定两组患者上肢运动功能。结果:治疗后两组患者FMA及MBI评分均高于治疗前,且试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢康复机器人联合常规康复训练可促进患者日常生活能力及上肢运动功能提高,值得临床推广应用。

목적:관찰상지강복궤기인대뇌졸중편탄환자적림상료효。방법:60례뇌졸중편탄환자수궤분위대조조급시험조각30례,대조조채용전통상규상지강복치료,시험조재대조조기출상연합상지강복궤기인훈련,치료전후채용간식Fugl-Mey-er(FMA)운동공능평분급개량Barthel지수평량표(MBI)평정량조환자상지운동공능。결과:치료후량조환자FMA급MBI평분균고우치료전,차시험조현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:뇌졸중편탄환자상지강복궤기인연합상규강복훈련가촉진환자일상생활능력급상지운동공능제고,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of upper limb rehabilitation robot for patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods:60 cases of pa-tients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and experimental group (30 cases), the control group treated by conventional upper limb rehabilitation training, while experimental group combined with upper limb rehabilitation robot training on the basis of treatment of control group, and used FMA and MBI scores to evaluate the upper limb motor function of patients before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the FMA and MBI scores of both groups were higher than those of before treatment, and the scores of experimental group were both significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with conventional rehabilitation training can improve the activities of daily living and upper limb motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke, deserves clinical promotion and application.
