传统建筑的保护以真实先行，其历史感的真实表达不只是建筑形态的真实还原，同时兼顾行为、体验、场所、文化等命题。传统商业街区的保护更新在现代商业行为与传统街区体验之间延伸和扩展真实性的内涵，寻求历史感再现的复兴保护模式。本文围绕“真实性”遗产保护原则，以街巷形态、原型符号、遗存片断和功能延续为线索，对历史环境“真实性”的主观感知要素作出多视角分析，从而提出以历史信息价值为关键体验要素的传统商业街区改造主张，为同类型项目的设计理论研究作出必要铺垫。

abstract The protection of historical building comes first with authenticity. Historical sense reappearing is different from the historic buildings reproducing, which is connected with certain subjects, such as behavior, experience and culture. Traditional commercial streets seek authenticity between historical block experience and the modern business practices, with emphasis on reappearing historic sense. Regarding to the heritage protection principles, from the streets form, building symbols, heritage buildings and folk customs, this paper makes the multiple analysis on the subjective perception of heritage "authenticity". It thus proposes that the redevelopment of traditional commercial block needs to be based on the historical values for certain key factors, and it can be learned by similar projects.
