目的:将计算机导航设计制作的手术导板应用于牙种植手术,并评估导板的精度. 方法:采用CT双重扫描法对患者颌骨及放射导板进行扫描,将DICOM数据输入Procera软件进行颌骨重建及虚拟种植体的植入,最后设计并制作手术导板,将其应用于牙种植手术,利用手术导板翻制模型,制作临时修复体,术后通过临时修复体的就位情况评估手术导板的精度.结果:手术导板指导下的手术均顺利完成,临时修复体均完全就位.结论:将计算机导航设计和制作的手术导板应用于牙种植手术具有较高的精度,极大地提高了种植体植入的准确性.

Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of surgical template designed and manufactured by computer(CAD/CAM)through applying the template to the implant operation. Method:Jaw of the patient and the radiographic template were scanned with double scanning CT technology. Inputting the DICOM dates obtained into Procera software, we can re-construct the 3-D jaw,simulate the implantation,then design and fabricate the surgical template. Through the surgical tem-plate,we can make the model and then make the temporary prosthesis. The accuracy of surgical template was evaluated by the emplacement of the temporary prosthesis. Result:The operations guided by surgical templates were all finished success-fully and temporary prostheses were all emplaced fully. Conclusion:CAD/CAM template had high precision in guiding plant operation and improved the accuracy of implantation greatly.
