重度牙列磨耗会影响口腔内软硬组织的健康,还会引起颞下颌关节紊乱症等.本文报道重度牙列磨耗病例1例,通过全冠修复前牙,树脂升高咬合面的方法修复后牙,进行咬合重建,恢复口颌系统的正常功能,改善因垂直距离降低引起的面部苍老和咀嚼不适. 修复后患者无任何不适,垂直距离升高,咀嚼效率提高,颞肌疲劳不适得到缓解.

Severe dental attrition would not only affect the health of oral's hard and soft tissues ,but also result in temporomandibular joint disorder. This paper reports 1 case of severe dentition attrition. In this case ,we used full crown in the anterior teeth and posterior resin on the occlusal surface of posterior teeth for occlusal reconstruction to restore the nor-mal function of oral system and ameliorate the aging appearance and chewing discomfort resulted from decreased vertical dimension. After reconstruction,no discomfort was observed. The vertical dimension was increased,chew efficiency was en-hanced, and the discomfort feeling of temporal muscle was alleviated.
