通过对8个W x近等基因系灌浆期间旗叶和倒二叶POD活性进行测定, 研究Wx基因对小麦(Triticum aestivum Linn.)叶片POD活性的影响,结果表明,Wx-B1基因的缺失对小麦叶片POD活性有增加作用,而Wx-A1和Wx-D1基因的缺失作用则相反,表明WxB型小麦可能对逆境的抗性最强;POD活性随灌浆时间的延长先增加(到花后20d达到峰值)后降低﹑最后又增加,同时期旗叶的POD活性显著高于倒二叶,反映了植株叶片的生理状态及活性氧的清除能力强弱.

Peroxidase (POD) is an important active oxygen scavenging enzyme in plants.Its activity reflects the ability of plant resistance to environmental stress and aging.The flag leaf and the top second leaf POD activities were measured by 8 Wx near-isogenic wheat lines to study the effects of Wx gene on wheat (Triticum aestivum Linn.) leaf POD activity in the filling stage.The results showed that the absence of Wx-B1 gene had the effect to increase wheat leaf POD activity, but the action of absence of Wx-A1 gene and Wx-D1 gene was the opposite, indicated the WxB type wheat might be the strongest resistance environmental stress.POD activity first increased with grain filling time (which reached the peak 20 d after flower-ing) and then decreased, and finally increased during the filling stage.The flag leaf POD activity was significantly higher than the top second leaf in the same periods, which reflected the physiological condition and active oxygen scavenging ability of plant leaves.
