目的 探讨小剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清S100B及NSE含量的影响. 方法 健康Wister大鼠分成2组:缺血再灌注组( h组)、用药组( p组) ,应用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清中S100 B蛋白和NSE蛋白的含量. 结果 与缺血前比较,两组缺血后和再灌注30min后的NSE和S100B均升高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);与h组比较,p组患者应用长托宁后,再灌注30min时NSE和S100B均降低,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). 结论 小剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚能够降低脑缺血再灌注损伤时S100B和NSE的过量表达,起到保护作用.

Objective To study effects of small doses of hydrochloric penehyclidine on cerebral ischemia reperfusion serum lev-els of S100B and NSE in rats.Methods Health Wister rats were divided into two groups:ischemia-reperfusion group(h group) and treatment group(p group).Serum S100B protein and NSE protein content in each group were detected by ELISA .Results Compared with the previous ischemia,NSE and S100B of ischemia and reperfusion after 30min were elevated in each group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with h group,p group of rats with hydrochloric penehyclidine ,NSE and S100B of reperfusion after 30min were lower,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Small doses of hydrochloric penehyclidine can play a protective role by re-ducing S100B and NSE overexpression of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury .
