目的探讨对于同一腰椎间盘突出分型的患者采用经皮射频低温等离子消融术与椎间盘内臭氧注射术的疗效对比. 方法根据治疗方法的不同将212例患者分为低温等离子组和臭氧组,分别于术后3个月、9个月进行随访,通过JOA评分改善率评估手术治疗效果. 结果所有患者术中、术后均无严重并发症. 对于中央型、旁中央型椎间盘突出的患者,上述两种术式术后及随访期间,优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于外侧型的患者,低温等离子射频术优良率要高于臭氧注射术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论对于中央型、旁中央型椎间盘突出的患者,上述两种术式均有良好的治疗效果;对于外侧型、极外侧型的患者,低温等离子射频术临床疗效要优于臭氧注射术.

Objective To explore and compare the effect of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation with low -temperature plasma and intradiscal ozone injection surgery in the same lumbar disc herniation type patients .Methods Two hundred and twelve patients with lum-bar disc herniation ,according to the methods of treatment ,were divided into low temperature plasma group and ozone group ,respectively ,fol-lowed up for 3 months and 9 months after surgery .The effect of the surgical treatment was evaluated by JOA score improvement rate .Results There were no serious complications in all patients .There was no significant difference between the two types of patients with central type and next to the central type of lumbar disc herniation (P>0.05),and for patients with lateral type,the good rate was significantly higher than that of ozone injection(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with central type and next to the central type of disc herniation ,the above two types of operations have good therapeutic effect .For patients with lateral and extreme lateral ,the clinical efficacy of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation is better than that of ozone injection .
